Hi All! It's that time of the year again - the Walk for Lupus Now event at the OKC Zoo on May 16. Admission to the park is free for you and your family. We had a blast last year. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend in person this year (Dusty is "finally" graduating from OU that day - YEAH!!!) However, I am still going to participate as a "virtual walker" and collecting donations to help with lupus research and awareness! Please mark your calendars for May 16th and register to walk, either in person or as a virtual walker. I realize that this is a very bad economic time for everyone, but every little bit donated helps. If you would be able to make just a small donatation (anything really - $5, $10 $25 - whatever) would be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax-deductible and should be made payable to LFAOC (Lupus Foundation of America - Oklahoma Chapter).
